Autism can have many ways and has always differnet stories behind, but there is also a lot of joy and truth inside.

Fantastic talented people, and not as often shown in the media only in mathematics. Whenever I watch TV (german TV), i saw only autistic people with mathematics skills on series like “Criminal Intent, Boston legal (american series) and so on witch had a lot of ticks. I never saw some autisc-people on german-production.

But this is one part of autism. There are so many more, during my work with musicians in studios I get to know many different musicians from all the world, who are autistic too. And when they make music you can feel this deeply love for it, and it´s so joyful to see them perform, because during this time there is no autism in the room. This is such a great feeling, which you cannot decribe. This is pure love. But also in social jobs, in hospitals and so on you will always find autistic people, witch when the get the right condition and have still the possibility to get help when the needed the are doing a great job. And I know what I writing about.

You find autistic people everywhere, and even if you don’t know it. But austism and asperger syndrom means also that first people have to understand what it is, what it means and that autistic people have an different way to work. Our society has to understand that autism can also bring so many positive sites in it and has to stand for it and offer more posibilities for autistic people. You give and you’ll get, that means in the autistic and asperger syndrom language, autistic people who stands in live, will still have there problems, but they also have a positive know-how which is needed. Autistic people who live in their own life, will need all the help to let them live as the want, as the have to.

The last time i visited the usa, i noticed that autism is much more in the media than in europe, especially germany, where a lot of people don’t know what autism is, and a lot of people think autistic-people are idiots, they don’t understand that is another way of life. And talking from the north of germany, Hamburg. Even a lot of family doctors, advice to children and parents, ok, your are an autism, why don’t you go out and find some friends, you’ll feel better. Stupid! I heard this serveral times and it makes me scream. It seems that in Germany autism and asperger syndrom still is in the child shoes. I hope and wish, that more is gonna happen in the future.
